At SocialStud.io, we stand behind the quality of our service. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
When you’re eligible for a refund
No results guarantee. If our team is unable to generate any new followers during your first month of service, you’re eligible for a full refund of that month’s payment. Just reach out to your account manager or email our support team.
30-day cancellation. If you decide SocialStud.io isn’t the right fit within the first 30 days of signing up, we’ll refund the unused portion of your subscription.
Accidental payments. If you were charged by mistake — duplicate payments, billing errors, or unintended renewals — we’ll process a refund within 2 to 5 business days of your request.
How to request a refund
Contact your dedicated account manager directly, or email our support team through our contact page. Include your account details and the reason for your refund request. Most refunds are reviewed within 1 business day and processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What’s not covered
A few things to understand before requesting a refund:
Natural follower loss. SocialStud.io isn’t responsible for followers you lose from sources outside our control — for example, Instagram’s periodic bot purges, fake followers gained from other services, or followers lost while using third-party automation tools alongside our service.
Specific follower counts. Because our service is powered by real humans engaging with your target audience organically, we can’t guarantee an exact number of followers per month. Growth depends on your niche, content quality, and audience responsiveness. We provide estimated ranges during onboarding, but actual results vary.
Results after the first month. Our refund eligibility applies to your first month, depending on the circumstances. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime from your dashboard, but past months won’t be refunded.
A note on how we work
SocialStud.io operates as a dedicated growth manager and social media consultation service. We manually engage with users who match your target audience — following, liking, and viewing stories — using only methods that comply with Instagram’s Terms of Service. We never use bots, automation tools, or inauthentic tactics.
Growth results vary significantly between niches. Your account manager will work with you to set realistic expectations, adjust targeting as needed, and evaluate performance together throughout your subscription.
Account access
All clients receive access to the SocialStud.io Member’s dashboard upon account creation. SocialStud.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activity.
